Day 1: Arrival

Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast, set off for Murchison Falls National Park, Uganda’s largest, with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for roughly two hours of rhino tracking. Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Ride

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Walk
After an early breakfast, transfer to the Kanyanchu park headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking briefing before setting off with an experienced park guide. The trek takes about thirty minutes to four hours, with sightings of other primates such as L’Hoest’s monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, vervet monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys along the way.
Once located, you will spend an hour with the chimpanzees, watching them feed, play, and interact. Afterward, take part in a Bigodi swamp walk before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 9: Gorilla Trekking and Optional Batwa Tour
After an early breakfast, carry your packed lunch and meet your driver-guide for the transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You will be assigned a gorilla family and a park guide knowledgeable about the mountain gorillas and their trekking trails.
During the trek, you may spot other primates, birds, and plant life. Once located, you will spend an hour with the gorillas, watching them feed, play, groom their young, and go about their day. Afterward, return to your lodge to relax.
